FD now uses Opalescence at-home kit, there are no custom trays. We can get more info from Dr. Frankman on this -

At Falls Dental, we're experienced in orthodontic care for all ages. Our most common treatments are braces or Invisalign, though a consultation will help determine which option is best for you.
Suresmile treatment is more common for adults who've already had braces, using a series of clear plastic retainers to correct teeth that have shifted over time. Each new retainer is worn for 1-2 weeks and should only be removed to eat, brush, or floss.
